February 2010:
It’s been a tough winter so far nevertheless we are coping with the cold temperatures and dealing with the snow. This month we will be transplanting tomatoes to our hothouse. We hope to have ripe tomatoes in May. We are also getting ready to plant potatoes, lettuce and onions in early March. Our strawberries have survived the harsh cold days we’ve had. We hope to have a bumper crop this year.
